Vinification: After destemming, the berries are placed in stainless steel vats, and the fermentation, which lasts about 10 days, is controlled thanks to a water belt allowing the temperature of each vat to be regulated.
Tasting: With a dark ruby color, the nose reveals aromas of fruit (cherry, currant) and spices. The mouth is ample and silky with a finish of a good length.
