Grape variety: Syrah 50%, Grenache 30%, Carignan 20%

Breeding: 8 months in stainless steel tank

Vinification: A pre-fermentation maceration is done at low temperature in 128 hl stainless steel vats with daily pumping over. Maceration lasts 15 to 21 days with gentle extraction and temperature control. 

Tasting: Half-bodied Roussillon wine with deliberately controlled concentration for maximum drinkability. The fruit is explosive, the palate has delicate tannins with a silky texture... It is a delicious wine from the moment it is bottled and can improve for two to three years in the cellar.

Food pairing: Goes well with veal, pasta and beef
