Degrees: 14.50% and volume
Vinification: Traditional winemaking. Total destemming, vatting for 21 days at controlled temperature (28°C to 30°C). Punching down, pumping over and racking according to tasting. Aging in vats in the air-conditioned cellar.
Tasting: Dark red robe. The first nose is marked by notes of black fruits mixed with sweet spices. After swirling, notes of cherry, black olive and liquorice are released. The palate is round, velvety, fruity, with a liquorice finish. Very nice length with very melted tannins and a very pleasant feeling of freshness.
Service temperature: 18 to 20°C
