Caviar Butter
Often imitated, but never equaled! Caviar butter is a recipe developed by Caviar de Neuvic with starred chef Cyril Haberland.
It's simply butter mixed with 28% matured Baeri caviar. With a lower rate the taste of caviar would be less present and above it would not be more powerful. Tip: it is by heating it that the flavors appear, too cold you will only smell the butter. Take out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before use.
Tasting caviar differently!
The recipe contains butter and Caviar de Neuvic and has a decidedly caviar color and flavor. The smoothness of the butter and the texture of the caviar make up a bouquet of subtle and original flavors.
Caviar de Neuvic is the precursor of this product now offered by other caviar players. It allows you to discover caviar.
Due to its ease of use, this product leaves room for your creativity. It takes about 25 toasts with a 45g box to give a chic dimension to aperitifs.
